If the convenience factor is important to you then there is another good news for you. In many condo developments, some are there to receive packages, dry cleaning, and other deliveries. Larger condominium properties may offer a small grocery store, dry cleaners, car washing, and other services to make life a little easier for working women.
Two important factors such as security and convenience if met could mean more and more women to live in a condo. In fact, a recent study says that single women now make up about 47% of the condominium market.
